- uploaded documents and extracted information, including passport, diploma and supplement, address, insurance, financial, and other supporting records;

3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the free preliminary diploma check, enter into and perform the contract for the paid digital product, communicate with users, process payments and refunds, protect the Service, prevent fraud, keep records, handle claims, and comply with law. Legal bases include performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, legal obligations, and consent where required.
4. Automated processing
The free diploma check and later file checks are automated. The Service may check file quality and completeness, recognize text, extract fields, compare information, and generate preliminary guidance. These tools do not make final legally significant decisions. When confidence is insufficient, the Service displays “Additional review required”; human review is not included or promised as part of the standard product.
5. Recipients
Where necessary, data may be processed by Stripe, Telegram, Google, and hosting, storage, security, OCR, and AI providers. VTS does not file diploma-recognition packages with authorities or universities; users do so independently. We may also disclose data when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
The Operator is established in the United States. Infrastructure and providers may be located in the United States, Germany, Serbia, and other countries. Where required, international transfers are protected by applicable contractual and technical safeguards.
7. Retention
Case documents are retained while the service is being provided and are normally deleted or anonymized within 90 days after completion, unless a dispute, user instruction, or law requires longer retention. Contract, payment, tax, consent, and material audit records may be retained for up to five years; support messages for up to three years; security logs for up to 12 months; and backups for up to 30 additional days. A legal hold applies only to necessary data.
8. User rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent without retroactive effect. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. We may verify identity before responding. Users may also contact the competent data protection authority.
9. Security and minors
We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The Service is intended for persons aged 18 or older and is not knowingly provided to children.
10. Cookies and changes
VTS uses necessary session and security technologies. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are not enabled without the choice required by law. Material changes are published with a new date and, where required, presented for renewed acceptance.
