VTS Terms of Use and Service

Русская версия

These Terms govern the use of visatoserbia.com, the Telegram bot, the user account, and VTS services (the “Service”). The service provider and seller is GOLEMWORKERS LLC. By placing an order or using the Service, the user accepts the current Terms.

1. Service provider

GOLEMWORKERS LLC
30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
EIN: 38-4386 199
Email: [email protected]

2. VTS services

VTS provides a free automated preliminary diploma check without registration. The free stage ends when the result is displayed. After a positive result, the single paid digital product “Personal Preparation Plan” is a one-time $67 purchase that unlocks both a personalized document checklist and a step-by-step preparation roadmap, plus a file-upload workspace, automated completeness and technical-quality checks, readiness statuses, and digital instructions for independent action. VTS does not file documents, represent users, or provide legal case management.

3. Price and external costs

The current price, currency, service scope, and payment terms are shown before the user confirms an order. The price of a confirmed order is recorded in the user account. Apostilles, notarization, delivery, bank charges, government and university fees, and other external costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made through Stripe's secure checkout. GOLEMWORKERS LLC may appear as the seller on statements and payment records. An order is linked to the authenticated VTS profile regardless of the email entered at Stripe checkout. Service begins after payment and the required information are confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.

5. User obligations

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide complete and accurate information, and review automatically extracted data and final document versions. Users independently obtain required certifications, pay fees, access government or university systems, complete CAPTCHA, 2FA, signatures, official filing, and biometrics, and then provide VTS with the filing reference and subsequent status updates.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Before performance begins, the user may cancel and request a refund. After performance begins, any refund is calculated after deducting completed work and non-refundable external costs already incurred. Where permitted by applicable law, the right to withdraw may end once a digital service has been fully performed with the user's prior express consent. Incorrect or duplicate charges are refunded after verification. Requests must be sent to [email protected] with the order number; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Service limitations

VTS is not a government authority, university, or law firm. Service materials do not replace individual legal advice. We do not guarantee diploma recognition, issuance of a residence permit, the absence of additional requirements, third-party actions, or decision times. Final decisions are made by the competent Serbian authorities and organizations.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend work for incomplete payment, missing information, suspected fraud, unlawful use, a security threat, or inability to lawfully perform the instruction. If performance is impossible for a reason attributable to us, the refund rules above apply. A user may stop using the Service but remains responsible for completed work and agreed external costs.

9. Liability

Each party is responsible for proven direct loss to the extent required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions or failures of authorities, universities, translators, banks, Stripe, Telegram, or other independent third parties. Aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless such a limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt to resolve it by email within 30 days. Disputes are heard by courts in Wyoming unless mandatory consumer-protection rules permit the user to bring a claim where they live or require otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

A new version applies to future orders from its publication date. Material changes to an active order require any notice or consent required by law. For order, payment, and complaint inquiries, contact [email protected] or +1 407 279 1699.
